Nu-Lok Roofing Systems warrants that its products have been manufactured in accordance with suppliers recommendation, applicable standards and best manufacturing practice.
Nu-Lok Roofing Systems, in conjuction with its suppliers, offers a 50-Year Guarantee on the Nu-Lok System.
The manufacturer guarantees that the quality characteristics of the product supplied correspond with the quality requirements laid down in the acceptance regulations for roofing shingles. The manufacturer also GUARANTEES that if within 50 (fifty) years of installation that the fully vitrified stoneware shingle should prove to be frost sensitive, permeable to water, non-colour fast or loses its structural integrity, the Company will replace any material shown to be defective free of charge.
Nu-Lok Roofing System:
The Manufacturer of the Zincalume roofing componants WARRANTS that structural failure due to corrosion will be warranted for 50 (fifty) years. The Company will replace any material shown to be defective free of charge.
This Warranty is subject to the following terms, conditions and exclusions;
- The installation has been performed by a Nu-Lok approved Installer using best building practice, applicable building codes for area and in accordance with Nu-Lok's current installation manual.
- Acts of God (Earthquake, etc)
- Third Party Damage (other trades, etc)
- Chemicals/Acids application
Subject to any right implied in favour of any person by any applicable laws of Government of the applicable Country which rights by law cannot be excluded, Nu-Lok's liability shall be limited as set out above and without limitation shall not include any consequential loss.
